About Us
PublicLandExchange.com was created by Dwight F. McNaughton as an extension of Ram Holdings, Inc., a privately held real estate investment firm. We strive to preserve America's wild places by exchanging public lands with low resource values for private lands with high resource valves, thus preserving species of concern threatened species and endangered species. We are cognizant of the fact that it’s also important for the sustainability of these species to also preserve watershed, habitats, and habitat corridors.

PublicLandExchange.com is firmly committed to helping the public save our natural places and indegenous wildlife throughout the United States, and solve environmental problems for private land owners. Our mission is simple; we, as a facilitator or proponent, exchange land from the private sector that has “high natural resource value” and exchange it for land from the public sector that has “low natural resource value”. This creates a win/win scenario for the environment, the public and the private land owner.
